Our delicate textiles are handspun with love and care, and need the same from you to ensure they last. To enjoy the most time with your Pondichérie piece, we recommend hand-washing in cold water or dry cleaning. Please hang to dry.

Impact of COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols and extended shipping times, some of our orders are facing unfortunate delays. We thank you for being patient with us in the case of such delays, as our first priority is the safety of our team, as well as your family. 

General Information

At checkout, you will be given the choice of shipping methods and provided an estimation of delivery dates before submitting the order. Please note that estimated delivery times are subject to change, and items purchased during a promotion period may require a longer time frame than provided.

If you need to modify your shipping information or delivery time, or have any concerns about your order, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience at info@pondicherie.com. However, please note that cancellations and refunds can only be requested before the shipment has been dispatched.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipments are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

Domestic Orders (USA)

Domestic orders will typically be processed within 2-4 business days. We also are happy to offer free delivery across the US through our partners, UPS and USPS.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through USPS at a flat rate of $20. Please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing. 

Please note: Pondichérie is not responsible for extra duties or taxes charged at country borders. Please ensure that you are aware of your country’s shipping policies and willing to pay any additional fees before purchasing an item.

Pre-order Shipping

When purchasing a pre-order item, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Though we ask you to pay in full at checkout, we are happy to accommodate any changes to the order after purchase.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Pondichérie piece as much as we loved creating it. Though we’re a small team, we are happy to double as your stylist to help ensure that your piece is the perfect fit for you. Please reach out to us at info@pondicherie.com with any concerns or questions, or to organize a return or exchange.

Unworn and unwashed orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We charge a $10 restocking fee per item. 

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method chosen during checkout. After receiving the returned item, we will begin the refund process. Depending on the payment method, it could take up to 7 business days to reach your account.

Sale items and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
